At Sunway Student Representative Council (SSRC), we believe that education is the key to unlocking potential and fostering innovation. Our mission, “Empowering Minds through Data Science,” is at the heart of everything we do. Through our partnership with DataCamp Donates, we’ve been able to provide high-quality data science education to 150 candidates from all over Nepal. This partnership has not only opened new doors of opportunity but also inspired a culture of continuous learning and growth. Here’s how we motivate our learners and celebrate their achievements.
To keep the momentum going and ensure our learners remain engaged, we announce monthly winners based on their progress in XP and course completion. Recognizing their hard work and dedication motivates them to strive for excellence and pushes them to reach new heights in their learning journey.
Our monthly meetups are a platform for learners to connect, share their experiences, and learn from each other. These sessions feature guest speakers from the industry, hands-on workshops, and interactive discussions. By fostering a sense of community, we ensure that our learners feel supported and motivated throughout their journey.
September is a special month for us as we celebrate Data Science and AI Literacy Month. This month is packed with a series of exciting sessions, workshops, and events designed to enhance our learners’ skills and knowledge. From beginner to advanced levels, there’s something for everyone. The highlight of the month is our grand celebration, where we recognize and reward our top learners and contributors.
Mentorship plays a crucial role in our learners’ success. We provide access to experienced mentors who guide our learners, answer their queries, and help them navigate their learning paths. This personalized support ensures that our learners stay motivated and can overcome any challenges they may face.
The DataCamp Donates partnership has been instrumental in our mission. The resources and support provided have empowered our learners, enabling them to gain valuable skills and knowledge in data science and artificial intelligence. We are incredibly grateful for this partnership and are excited to see the continued growth and success of our learners.

“ DataCamp has helped me learn critical Data Science skills such as data cleaning and machine learning. The platform made it simple for me to understand hard concepts and methods of Pandas through the ‘Data Manipulation with Pandas‘ course, which was especially difficult to learn from documentation alone owing to the huge number of methods accessible for achieving the same task. DataCamp‘s well-structured syllabus, practice tests, and presentations have been quite useful, and I still use them for review. I recently earned a Data Scientist certification and also placed third rank in a Hackathon as a team, where I was in charge of training an animal detection model. DataCamp provided me with valuable knowledge that contributed to my achievements. “
